Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management/Advertising or Communications.

  • With 7-10 years experience in Marketing and Branding (food & retail marketing experience is a plus but not required).

  • Willing to work onsite in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange, Paranaque City.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for creating and executing tactical and long-term marketing strategies that are aligned with the Company's strategic plans and objectives.

  2. Responsible for maintaining highly effective digital presence and content for the Company and its business in effective digital channels.

  3. Responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing strategies in support of sales growth initiatives of Lease Operations for podium tenants and for executing marketing strategies to generate leads in support of office towers leasing.

  4. Responsible for enforcing and maintaining the presentable and professional image of the company based on the official branding guidelines of MWM.

  5. Responsible for overseeing the full creative lifecycle from concept to execution and for brand guardianship to ensure that high-quality standards and consistency are applied across all creative outputs.

  6. Responsible for conceptualizing and organizing sustainable marketing events that will contribute to increase in revenues and raise awareness about the Company.

  7. Responsible for developing internal communication materials for stakeholders that provide updated information about the company and the business, including but not limited to relevant news, events, projects, changes in management or processes, etc.

  8. Responsible for developing external communication materials aimed to build a strong reputation for the brand, to sustain the presence of the business in the market, especially targeted to the business stakeholders.
