About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at 1ST DYNAMIC PERSONNEL RESOURCES'. As a CSR, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is a full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and call centre operations, although prior BPO experience is not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the team
