The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from members, providers, and clients regarding health insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility, claims, authorizations, and other healthcare-related concerns. The CSR ensures timely, accurate, and empathetic service in accordance with company policies and HMO regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate of any Medical-Allied course (e.g., Nursing, PT, RadTech, Pharmacy, etc.)
  • No prior healthcare experience required
  • Experience with HMO processes is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates may also apply with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminologies and basic healthcare processes is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
