About the role

As the Area Manager (Cagayan Area) for Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our retail stores across the Cagayan Area. This full-time position will see you leading a team of store managers and store associates, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving business growth within your assigned territory.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the Cagayan Area, ensuring they meet or exceed established performance targets
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching and development to store managers, empowering them to create highly engaged and motivated teams
  • Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth
  • Ensure stores maintain high standards of visual merchandising, inventory management and operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence
  • Represent the company at regional events and liaise with key stakeholders to strengthen customer and community relationships
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regional business plans and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management or area management role, ideally within the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and customer service best practices
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and operational efficiency within a multi-site retail environment
  • Flexibility to travel within the Cagayan Area as required
