Senior Sales Campaign ManagerThe Senior Sales Campaign Manager is primarily responsible for prioritizing and organizing all campaigns for Brands, Key Accounts, Standard Accounts, and the Products Team, with the goal of maximizing overall POS sales and growing the new customer base, focusing on the best risk grade customers. What You'll

Do:Collaborate with the Marketing team, Marketplace / team, and Customer Communications team in POS loan campaign planning and prioritization. Manage the POS (Store; point-of-sale) loan campaigns calendar. Monitor the performance of campaigns created and executed by the respective teams.

Ensure all Marketing and Communications activities are implemented by the responsible teams according to the plan. Ensure timely provision of all POS materials required for campaigns to Key Accounts and Standard partners. Provide guidance to Key Account Managers (Brands, National, and Regional Key Accounts) in campaign creation, planning, and execution.

Enhance RPOS (repeat POS) performance by developing customer retention strategies and leading related initiatives. Lead sales initiatives aimed at new customer acquisition and support lead management activities of other teams. What

You Need To

Have:At least 5 years of experience in Campaigns Management. At least 2 years of experience in evaluating marketing campaign performance. At least 2 years of experience managing a team.

At least 5 years of experience working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to elicit support from other departments/teams. What Can Set
