Job Description

1. Responsible for shipping freight revenue through solicitation, retention, and growth.

2. Responsible for freight cycle booking from customer withdrawal or delivery of the container.

3. Give a quotation to clients & make a follow-up if the rate given is competitive.

4. Accomplish SAF (Shipper's Agreement Form) for customers asking for terms & submit to finance, duly approved by Management.

5. Closely coordinate with CS, DAT, Operations, Landtrans, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Assist finance on A/R issues, especially on overdue accounts handled.

7. Acquire & develop new accounts, at least 4 clients per month.

8. Visit clients to maintain camaraderie, to develop high-level relationships, and to solicit bookings.

9. Inform top management of market update, customers & competitors.

10. Develops methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommends management changes.

11. To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching all job duties with both internal and external customers always in mind.

12. To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge to improve personal performance.

13. To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements, including the performance of any tasks requested to achieve goals and objectives without compromising the cost of quality service.

14. To maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.

15. To maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.

16. To live the corporate values and to keenly observe all policies and procedures of the Gothong Southern Freight.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs other tasks as delegated by the immediate head and the Division Head. 2. Ensure compliance with company policies and other legal requirements. 3. Proactive in all auxiliary duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

5 years of sales experience from any industry. Corporates sales or B2B sales experience. Sales Engineer is also welcome to this position.
