Job Summary

The
Quality Control (QC) Associate
in Logistics ensures that all incoming and outgoing materials, products, and shipments meet established quality standards. This role supports warehouse operations by conducting inspections, documenting findings, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Inspect inbound and outbound shipments
     for accuracy, condition, and compliance with purchase orders and customer requirements.
  • Verify product quality
     by performing visual inspections, measurements, and sample testing as needed.
  • Review and maintain documentation
    , including packing lists, bills of lading, quality reports, and certificates of compliance.
  • Identify, record, and report non-conformances
    ; collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve issues.
  • Monitor inventory quality
     and segregate damaged or defective products.
  • Support root cause analysis
     and corrective action efforts for recurring issues.
  • Ensure compliance
     with internal SOPs, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized QC areas
    , tools, and record-keeping systems.
  • Communicate quality expectations
     to warehouse and logistics teams and escalate critical issues promptly.
