Key Responsibilities

  • Perform risk and quality reviews to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards
  • Analyze complex audit issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on audit methodology and quality procedures
  • Collaborate across service lines to promote consistency and best practices
  • Prepare clear and concise reports for management and stakeholders
  • Support initiatives to strengthen quality frameworks and risk management systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years of Audit or Risk experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and professional skepticism
