JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder
With at least 1-3 years' experience in collection in a BPO or Shared Service company
Amenable to work fully onsite in Quezon City
Amenable to work on night shift schedule
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering calls and emails from clients both inside and outside the company in a
busy, extremely complex setting
Contact clients via phone, email, or portal to independently collect past-due invoices.
Collaborate with other business divisions on cash applications or invoices/billings to
autonomously reconcile intricate accounts and assist in promptly resolving client
concerns.
The ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and address current client issues and
handle payments requires the possession of organizational, communication, and
technology skills.
Manage account reconciliations on a daily and/or monthly basis using spreadsheets
like the daily cash log.
Prepare to reimburse clients for overpayments, duplicate payments, and payments
made to the wrong company by conducting an analysis.
Weekly aging reports are prepared, and accounts are ranked according to their past-
due status.
examination of the account for credit release.
Other tasks may be assigned related in accounting
