This role involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating process training sessions, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and improve learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Process Trainer, L&D Specialist, or similar role in a BPO, corporate, or training environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
