
Process Trainer

The Process Trainer is responsible for delivering effective training programs to ensure that new hires and existing employees gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to perform their roles efficiently. This role involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating process training sessions, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and improve learning effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Process Trainer, L&D Specialist, or similar role in a BPO, corporate, or training environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
