Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The role supports executives and teams by managing correspondence, scheduling, documentation, data management, inventory, basic bookkeeping, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and external partners. This position is ideal for candidates with solid administrative experience who can work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
