Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing assistance in reception services, administrative services, and material inventory management including storekeeping of office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic inventory of supplies and materials.
  • Monitor availability of supplies and ensure prompt replenishment.
  • Submit monthly inventory report.
  • Monitors the availability of office supplies whenever requested.
  • Send mails via courier every Friday.
  • Sort incoming mails and promptly forward it to the correct department.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Performs receptions services when needed.
  • Prepare all office forms for everyday use and ensure availability.
  • Implements Good Housekeeping practices.

Others

  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration /any 4-year or 2-year course
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; having clerical work experience is an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can do multitasking.
  • Time management.
  • Comfortable in doing outside work or fieldwork if needed.
  • Willing to work onsite in our Head Office located in BTTC Centre, San Juan City.
