HR Compensation/Accounting Staff

The HR Compensation / Accounting Staff supports payroll, compensation administration, and basic accounting functions for the retail organization. This role ensures accurate salary processing, benefits coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations, while assisting with HR and accounting reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in payroll, compensation, or accounting (retail experience preferred)
- Knowledge of payroll systems, basic accounting principles, and labor regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll software
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
