HR Associate

Location: Health Cube Medical Clinic, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City

Job Description:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Draft job descriptions and coordinate the entire hiring process: from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and facilitating candidate contact.
  • Manage pre-employment requirements and ensure documentation is completed on time.
  • Maintain applicant records and track recruitment metrics, possibly using an ATS or HRIS.

Additional HR Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team including documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance tasks.
  • Assist with exit formalities and clearance processes for departing employees.

Qualifications:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Ideally 1–2 years in HR generalist roles or recruitment, preferably in healthcare or similar organizational settings.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—for reporting and data management.

Core Competencies

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail—especially around benefits and employee data.
  • Empathy, ethical integrity, and trustworthiness are vital in handling sensitive HR matters.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
