Job Description

The Performance Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role requires a mix of creativity and analytical skills to optimize eCommerce performance, enhance customer engagement, and support marketing initiatives. Ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the digital marketing and eCommerce space.

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest and Bing Ads.
  • Support ad creation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.

Content & Merchandising

  • Ensure all product details are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Review Google Analytics and support the development of business reports in Google Data Studio/Looker.

Market Research

  • Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

Client Support & Presentations

  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and client meetings.

General Support

  • Provide additional assistance across various marketing and eCommerce initiatives as needed.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

  • Must Have:Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (setup, optimization, and reporting).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on varied tasks.
