Job Summary:

The role involves end-to-end oversight of residential projects, from conceptualization through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets. This includes conducting viability assessments, coordinating cross-functional inputs, managing timelines and resources, and securing necessary regulatory approvals. The position demands strong analytical acumen, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to both office-based and field responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effectively and efficiently overseeing the project from its initial phase to its completion.
  • Develops initial project concepts and conducts feasibility studies that would make a more detailed assessment of the project concept
  • Conducts financial analysis, prepares price lists and ensures that the profitability targets are met.
  • Candidates must demonstrate intermediate financial modelling capabilities to effectively conduct comprehensive financial analysis and profitability assessments.
  • Coordinates with various departments in preparation of plans Monitors budgets versus expenses and costs.
  • Obtains relevant government permits, licenses and clearances.
  • Experience with government permits and regulatory processes is preferred but not essential for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Has keen attention to details
  • Results oriented, analytical thinker and self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • College graduate of any business course in Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Business Administration / Management, or Real Estate Management
  • Must have at least 5 years relative experience in Product Development / Management.
  • Product Development experience must be specifically within the real estate industry.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
  • Must be amenable to a work from office setup, do site visits and do field work as needed.
  • Hybrid work setup
