Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and direct on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Coordinate with COO and other stakeholders to align project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all stages of construction.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality assurance/control protocols and documentation
  • Spearhead workshops on new skilled labors and implement correct methodology
  • Estimating plans and gantt chart provision
  • Managing samples production
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role within the building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in construction environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred; with PRC License.
  • Ability to generate quantity survey
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Good understanding of online organization and file structure
