  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC quality inspection, maintenance, or project supervision.

  3. Strong knowledge of VRF, split-type, and other applicable AC systems

  4. Proficient in using QA inspection tools and documentation forms

  5. Keen attention to detail, analytical thinking, and field discipline

  6. Good communication and report-writing skills

  7. Familiar with preventive maintenance and safety standards (DOLE, ASHRAE, etc.)

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The QA Inspector / Field Auditor is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of all air-conditioning

(AC) installation, repair, and maintenance works conducted under the Engineering Services Division. The role

involves site inspection, documentation, and audit of workmanship, materials, and adherence to company standards,

project specifications, client requirements and other required engineering, safety & government regulations.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Quality Assurance & Inspection


• Conduct regular site inspections of ongoing and completed AC works to verify compliance with technical

drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Check refrigerant system integrity, electrical connections, insulation quality, drain line installation, and air flow

performance.


• Validate testing and commissioning results to ensure all systems operate within manufacturer and safety

parameters.

  1. Field Audit & Compliance


• Audit completed works for workmanship, safety practices, and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.


• Evaluate contractor or in-house team performance based on set QA metrics.


• Prepare audit reports identifying deviations, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective actions.

  1. Documentation & Reporting


• Maintain inspection logs, QA checklists, and site photos for traceability and reporting.


• Issue site inspection reports (SIR) and coordinate corrective action follow-ups.


• Assist in preparing summary reports for management and client presentations.

  1. Coordination & Support


• Coordinate with Operations Engineers, Project Managers, and Technicians regarding findings and improvement

plans.


• Participate in pre-installation meetings, joint inspections, and project turnover activities.


• Support training and evaluation of field technicians to strengthen quality compliance.

  1. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance


• Ensure that all AC works follow the company's safety protocols and environmental policies.


• Report any unsafe practices or potential hazards immediately.
