QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Has experience working in the construction industry is preferred
  • Able to demonstrate innovation and good judgment; has sufficient problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Works well under pressure, flexible, energetic, dependable, has professional conduct
  • Highly analytical, multi-skilled
  • Strong organization and time management skills, solution-oriented, self-starter, works well with a team

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures timely recording of all accounting transactions;
  • Ensures proper implementation of accounting policies, procedures and system related;
  • Obtains and maintains a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure;
  • Carries out financial auditing procedures;
  • Ensures accuracy and on-time submission of daily and monthly accounting reports;
  • Processes and reviews project related disbursements
  • Prepares and analyzes project profitability report
  • Management of customer billing transactions and analytics for project related revenues
  • Handling of accounting for project inventories and fixed assets
  • Implementation of project accounting operations and controls
  • Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
  • The stated JD and KPIs here should be performed well, including attendance in able to pass the probationary period, prior regularization.
  • Prepares, analyzes, reconciles billings and collection report
  • Issues monthly customer statements of account
  • Responsible for motor vehicle & fire insurance.
  • Calls clients to check payment status of invoices sent
  • Sends letters for due accounts
  • Pro-actively responds to client regarding problems with their account
  • Negotiates payment arrangement (With management approval)
  • Monitors Aging accounts
  • Prepares, compiles and sort document for data entry
  • Prepares the Expanded withholding tax
  • Checks and audits payroll accuracy
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
