Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fractional CFO in developing and maintaining complex financial models and analyses for clients.
  • Develop financial budgets, forecasts and related reports for executive management highlighting variances, key financial and operating information and analysis.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process, preparing analyses and reports for clients.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking studies, analyze historical data and trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand the business and provide actionable insights.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial reporting, budgeting and planning systems and tools to enhance FP&A efficiency, timeliness, accuracy and relevance.
  • Arrange, and attend client meetings and fieldworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or engineering from reputable university.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in related field.
  • Must be able to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Above average communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts in a comprehensible way.
  • Above average MS Excel skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledgeable in various cloud accounting systems, ERPs, and business intelligence software.
  • CPA, CFA, CMA and other relevant certifications preferred but not required.
