Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Planning Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the financial health of our hospital by providing insightful analysis and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Assist in analyzing financial data to assess hospital and departmental performance.
  • Translate business strategies and operational enhancements into measurable financial outcomes reflected in P&L reports.
  • Prepare detailed reports explaining the financial health of each business unit.
  • Price Analysis and Market Research:
  • Research, analyze, and determine pricing for hospital procedures, considering factors such as equipment costs, physician fees, facility charges, and overhead expenses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and reimbursement rates to adjust pricing accordingly and remain competitive.
  • Data Collection and Management:
  • Gather financial data from various departments for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial information in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial analysis or planning role, with a strong preference for experience within the healthcare industry, particularly in a hospital setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
