About the Role:

The Organization Strategy Officer plays a strategic and integrative role in driving Joy~Nostalg's talent priorities. This role develops and implements key programs that align HR systems and workforce capabilities with organizational needs, culture, and future readiness. With a focus on succession planning, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness, the role supports the implementation of people strategy programs.

What you'll do:

Organizational Strategy and Culture

  • Align HR programs with the organization's values, culture, and behavioral framework.
  • Support efforts related to recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and culture building.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, JNU, and department heads in building a performance-driven and purpose-aligned workforce.
  • Use talent analytics to guide strategic talent decisions across functions.

HR Systems and Strategic Projects

  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of key initiatives, such as but not limited to:

  • Organizational Structure Review

  • Performance Management System Implementation
  • Retention Strategy for Top Talent
  • Exit Project (JN Alumni Program)
  • Leadership Assessments and Succession Management
  • HR Business Partner (HRBP) Model Activation

  • HR Systems Optimization and Change Management

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with other units under the Organization Strategy and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of all people-related strategies.
  • Provide research, documentation, and coordination support for strategy rollouts and reporting.

Talent Strategy

  • Implement succession plans for key roles, identifying and tracking high-potential employees.
  • Support the creation of leadership development pipelines and structured career pathing.
  • Identify and address capability gaps and leadership growth areas

Other Responsibilities

  • Support other strategic HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Group Head

What we're looking for:

  • Knowledge in Organizational Development and implementing employee engagement, leadership succession, and other HR strategies
  • Experience in Human Resources management, including performance management, training, engagement, systems, and processes
  • Skills in conducting training and development programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the property development industry is a plus
