Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct record-keeping and document management
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely retrieval of documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication
  • Develop and implement efficient time management strategies
  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office applications to enhance productivity
  • Will relocate to Ortigas, Pasig for work assignments

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Office Management
  • Prior experience in office administration or a related field is an advantage
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
