Responsibilities:

 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, telco equipment

 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

 Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

 Setting up accounts for new users

 Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

 Testing new technology

 Assist in conducting user's application testing during program implementation, migration, and

system maintenance.

Qualifications:

 At least 1-year working experience in the related field and a Degree in Computer Engineering,

Computer Science, Information Technology, or of any equivalent.

 Knowledge of I.T. systems and equipment as well as their installation, configuration,

maintenance, and repair; has vast working knowledge of I.T. requirements/demands in call center

operations and corporate organizations

 With above-average problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

 Basic software such as AnyDesk, Office, Online Search, Windows shortcuts, email

 Strong understanding in network fundamentals

 Experience with IP phone configuration & setup

 With good time and project management skill

 Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written

 Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours, excellent customer orientation and

interpersonal, customer care skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
