Responsibilities:
 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, telco equipment
 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
 Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
 Setting up accounts for new users
 Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
 Testing new technology
 Assist in conducting user's application testing during program implementation, migration, and
system maintenance.
Qualifications:
 At least 1-year working experience in the related field and a Degree in Computer Engineering,
Computer Science, Information Technology, or of any equivalent.
 Knowledge of I.T. systems and equipment as well as their installation, configuration,
maintenance, and repair; has vast working knowledge of I.T. requirements/demands in call center
operations and corporate organizations
 With above-average problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
 Basic software such as AnyDesk, Office, Online Search, Windows shortcuts, email
 Strong understanding in network fundamentals
 Experience with IP phone configuration & setup
 With good time and project management skill
 Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written
 Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours, excellent customer orientation and
interpersonal, customer care skills

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
