The Receiving and Dispatch Utility Clerk (RDUC) handles the clerical, documentation, and coordination duties related to the receiving and dispatch operations of the store. The position ensures that all transactions involving goods movement are properly recorded, verified, and filed for inventory and audit purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and stock transfer forms.
  • Encode and update records of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse assistants, and other departments to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of records related to receiving and dispatch.
  • Assist in inventory reconciliation and reporting as needed.
  • Support the RDUA and warehouse team in daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or related courses
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word)
  • With or without related experience (training provided)
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php695.00 per day
