Performs random counter checking on items received and verified by the Jr. Receiving Checker and ensures parity of the following;

  • Invoice Details against Actual Items Delivered
  • Purchase Order (PO) Details against Actual Items Delivered
  • Receiving Authority Report against Actual Items Delivered
  • Shipping Manifest (for store transfers)

Refers to immediate superior any disparity for proper action.

Stamps and signs at the back portion of the Invoice to reconfirm completeness and accuracy of items received.

Ensures proper handling of items to preserve item quality.

Performs and implements consistently other standards of the department such as but not limited to space utilization, security and safety measures and the likes.

Assists other areas of the department when required.

Assists in the receiving when deemed necessary.

Monitors the performance and productivity of the Jr Receiving Checker.

Informs immediate superior promptly any problems or unusual matters of significance.

Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes.

Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
