RDUA (Receiving and Dispatch Utility Assistant)

The Receiving and Dispatch Utility Assistant (RDUA) is responsible for assisting in the efficient handling of goods within the receiving and dispatch areas of the store. The role ensures that all incoming and outgoing deliveries are accurate, well-documented, and handled properly to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the receiving, checking, and unloading of incoming stocks and supplies.
- Organize and prepare items for dispatch and transfer to other departments or branches.
- Ensure accuracy of quantities and documentation for all received and released goods.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the receiving and dispatch areas.
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and store staff for proper item movement.
- Perform inventory support tasks and other duties assigned by the Warehouse or Store Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related courses
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual and coordination tasks
- With or without experience (training will be provided)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: Php695.00 per day
