Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily delivery tasks of the Logistics Department
  • Collects cheques upon delivery picks up used passes from merchants and retrieves documents revalidations from Lepanto
  • Deliver corporate and consumer replacement orders
  • Performs onsite segregation of vouchers and distributes them to clients
  • Assists in the administrative tasks of the Logistics Department Ensure that all documents (eg SOA PR cheque EWT forms are complete) with the DDR and submitted by end of day (EOD) May be assigned other tasks as required by the department
  • May be reassigned to the Reimbursement Department after peak season

Additional Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course
  • With work experience in a corporate setting
  • Able and willing to assist colleagues and clients in a cooperative and professional manner
  • Works well under pressure and demonstrates strong teamwork
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Willing and able to work extended hours and render overtime when required

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
