Job Summary:

The Warehouse Helper plays a key role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by assisting in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This position ensures that inventory is handled, organized, and prepared according to company standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in unloading deliveries and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Report low stock levels or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents.
  • Work as part of a team to meet operational goals and deadlines.
  • Assist other team members and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).
