Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, property listings, and blog posts to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, schema markup, internal linking, image optimization, etc.).
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (backlink building, guest posting, local citations, PR outreach).
  • Implement Local SEO best practices to improve visibility in local searches and Google Business Profiles.
  • Work closely with the content, marketing, and sales teams to ensure SEO alignment across campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
  • Generate SEO performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and search engine algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven years of SEO experience (preferably in real estate, property management, or related industries).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search, Maps, and local ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or real estate CRMs/IDX platforms.
  • Understanding of content marketing, social media integration, and lead generation funnels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
