Clear to Launch is growing, and we're expanding our SEO team We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive SEO Specialist to support ongoing SEO execution. This role is ideal for someone who loves organized workflows, enjoys hands-on SEO work, and can follow structured processes to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.

You will work directly with our digital team to complete recurring SEO deliverables, including on-page optimization, Google Business Profile updates, content posting, and citation management. This is a remote, offshore position with flexible hours - you choose your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

You will assist our SEO team with tasks such as:

  • Meta title + description creation and updates
  • Writing and optimizing image alt text
  • Supporting blog writing and posting (SEO-guided, using templates and AI support)
  • Writing and posting Google Business Profile content
  • GBP profile optimization + updates
  • Setting up and managing citation campaigns (BrightLocal)
  • NAP correction + citation review follow-ups
  • Internal linking updates across pages
  • Basic Canva editing for GBP graphics + Google Review QR flyers
  • Creating client SEO reports (using BrightLocal and Google Slides)
  • Keyword optimization tasks: headlines, page content, GBP services, etc.
  • Keyword research utilizing SEMRush and Answer The Public

(We provide SOPs for all task types, and will train where needed.)

Required Skills & Experience(Must-Haves)

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience working in WordPress / Elementor / YoastSEO
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools for content assistance
  • Ability to follow structured SOPs and deliver accurate work
  • Good organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred (but not required – we can train)

  • Google Business Profile management
  • BrightLocal or citation tools
  • Canva for simple graphics
  • Basic GA4 & Looker Studio familiarity
  • On-page SEO fundamentals (H-tags, internal links, keyword usage)

Bonus Skills

  • Understanding of dental or healthcare industries
  • Graphic design fundamentals
  • Copywriting experience
