Job Description:

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and cabinetry projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor works. Reviews drawings and specifications, conducts site visits, sources supplier quotations, and coordinates with the project and design teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural plans and specifications
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and cabinetry works
  • Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
  • Monitor project costs against budget and adjust as necessary

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in interior fit-out or cabinetry estimating
  • Proficient in MS Excel and estimating software
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods
