YourVA is a BPO company providing virtual assistant services to the Australian real estate industry, specializing in delivering innovative solutions tailored to meet the needs Australian real estate industry.

Job Title: Tenancy Administrator

Location: Block 7 Lot 5 & 6, Fil-Am Friendship Highway, Cutcut, Angeles City, Pampanga

Reports To: Property Management Department Head

Work Setup: Office-based, Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the coordination, process and preparation of the lease agreements, amendments and renewals.

  • Assist with the marketing of the available properties

  • Ensures that all the leasing documents needed were compliant with Australian laws

  • Provides administrative support for the leasing team when it comes to negotiations, lease-related requests or concerns.

  • Handles the lease renewals, terminations as well as the amendments.

  • Responsible for organising and managing the property inspection.

Requirements
  • Attention to detail for the accuracy in processing the lease documents needed

  • Problem solving skills to manage and resolve tenants' issues, such as maintenance problems

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or real estate platforms is an advantage

  • Interest in the real estate industry and willingness to grow within the field

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus (but not required)

  • Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related field is a plus (but not required)

  • Experience in property management is NOT required, but it's a plus

  • Fresh graduates and senior high school graduates are welcome to apply

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • 8-hour day shift

  • Fixed Weekend Off

Compensation & Benefits
  • Monthly salary (to be discussed during the interview)

  • 13th month pay
