Our Digital Products and Channels team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati for the role of Product Delivery & Management Head.

In this role, you will lead the Project Management Office, Bank Marketing, and IT teams to drive product conceptualization, design, execution, maintenance, and innovation across all digital banking services. You will oversee the development and delivery of world-class customer experiences by managing end-to-end CX/UI/UX, prioritizing product builds, and ensuring seamless integration with internal systems and third-party open banking partners.

What the role will entail

• Lead the digitization and onboarding of bank products across relevant customer segments and channels, applying customer-centric design thinking.
• Manage the development and lifecycle of digital banking products and services, including fund transfers, bills payment, and multi-product digital platforms like EasyWay, KOMO, and EWB websites.
• Drive innovation by launching new digital products and partnerships, including the acquisition and integration of third-party value-added services (e.g., insurance, investment platforms).
• Champion exceptional digital customer experiences through superior CX/UI/UX design, ensuring seamless and consistent user journeys across all digital touchpoints.
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to inform product strategies, improve engagement, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee product development and testing processes to ensure timely, high-quality releases aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Build and lead a high-performing digital product team, setting strategic direction, fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Technology or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience across technology-based industries (e.g., IT, Telco), digital start-ups, and banking and/or Fintech
• At least 5 years in an executive leadership role within the above sectors, demonstrating strategic and operational expertise
• Proven expertise in digital technologies, regulatory frameworks, and product/channel management, with a strong track record of driving innovation, business growth, and data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a commitment to integrity, critical thinking, inclusivity, and delivering results aligned with strategic business objectives.
