About the role

S&L Fine Foods is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our premium food products to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to safely operate a delivery vehicle and provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operating a delivery vehicle and navigating the local roads to deliver products to customers within scheduled timeframes
  2. Providing courteous and professional customer service by interacting with customers during deliveries
  3. Accurately processing customer orders and payments
  4. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle
  5. Collaborating with the wider logistics team to optimise delivery routes and schedules
  6. Adhering to all relevant safety and traffic regulations
  7. Reporting any issues or concerns to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
  2. At least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver in the food or courier industry
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive customer experience
  4. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  6. Knowledge of the local road network and traffic conditions
  7. Commitment to safety and attention to detail
