Delivery Man/Picker

To ensures that customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition, which helps in building trust and credibility.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Picker

  • Collecting order notes to fulfill deliveries
  • Picking out ordered items from storage shelves or rooms using barcodes, serial numbers, etc.
  • Securely shrink-wrapping items before placing them in envelopes or boxes
  • Performing general warehouse duties as necessary
  • Selects and packages products for shipment based on customer orders.
  • Uses technology, including smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
  • Surveys items for possible damage or defects before shipment.
  • Fills customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms to ascertain scan numbers, sizes, colors, and merchandise quantities.
  • Files receipts and tracks orders using order fulfillment software.
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

As Delivery man

  • Distributing/Deliver various packages to specified locations within a given time frame.
  • Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
  • Answering customers' questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
  • Answers customer questions about shipments and deliveries.
  • Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
  • Obtaining customers' signatures on delivery papers upon completion of each delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 18 years old & above
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends & holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational & time management skills Can write and speak Filipino & English
  • At least High School Diploma
  • 1 year work experience in a warehouse required
