AS A WAREHOUSE SHIFT SPECIALIST:

Set adequate target values for warehousing KPIs by - Implementation of operations review of 3rd party on Safety, Quality, Reliability, Cost and Compliance - Ensure 3PL compliance on Froneri Standard Operating Procedures

Oversees warehouse end-to-end process

Ensure efficient inbound operations and accurate outbound operations

Coordinates and follow up source and truckers for the scheduled incoming and outgoing deliveries

Monitor the level 1 procedure and transactions based on standard output

Implement preventive measures that would minimize shortage and/or damage during receiving and dispatching process

Checks and monitor damages (products, pallets, equipment, etc.) inside the warehouse and prepares damage report.

Ensure compliance to the scheduled loading window, warehouse physical movement (picking, checking and loading) and on-time dispatch of trucks

Monitors and analyses issues and concerns in the daily performance of incoming operations and provides feedback to the Leads

Checks stocks availability and ensures replenishment of stocks

Analyze data and process reports from the different sections and initiates action plans for the improvement of the operation.

Coordination with other functional team to make sure that formulated action plans are executed properly and beneficial to all parties concerned

Manages warehouse resources and Materials Handling equipment and ensure that these are properly maintained

AS A TRANSPORT SHIFT SPECIALIST:

  • Ensures on-time delivery (OTD) of orders to customers in the most efficient way, without compromising the quality and security of goods, thus promoting utmost customer service and satisfaction.

  • Ensures compliance of Truckers to Standards of Cold Chain Management

  • Enables on-time availability of Transport Resources and proper monitoring of truck dwell time. Ensure that truck turn-over is at its most efficient level and that resources are not wasted in idle trucks that could've been used in improving our deliveries to our customers.

  • Conducts regular training to truckers covering Basic Delivery Procedure and Cold Chain Management

  • Properly manages and minimizes violations incurred by transportation through responsible handling and monitoring of transportation operations and advising drivers towards safe driving practices.

  • Safeguard's vehicles and equipment to prevent property damage and product transport damage, ensuring that the DC minimizes its costs and maintains the most optimal property and transport conditions.

  • Drive cost savings initiatives to improve performance and cost of Transport Operations

  • Optimize transport planning for smooth transport operations

  • Owner of Operational Key Performance Indicators
