QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Engineering or other related courses.

  • Familiarization of the local geography is an advantage
  • Salesforce and SAP knowledge are advantages
  • Must be willing to work on holidays, weekends and shifting schedules. Also, flexible in doing field work.

DUTIES:

  • Real-time Monitoring: Monitor delivery processes in real-time using tracking systems, software tools, and communication channels to ensure deliveries are on track and any deviations are promptly addressed.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address delivery-related issues such as delays, route deviations, address changes, and other potential challenges. Collaborate with relevant teams to swiftly resolve issues and minimize customer impact.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with delivery drivers, dispatchers, haulers, and customers to provide updates on delivery status, estimated arrival times, and any potential disruptions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze delivery performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to enhance delivery processes, optimize routes, and reduce delivery lead times.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to delivery. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the delivery journey.
  • Coordinating with Internal Teams: Collaborate with hauler, terminal, sales, and other relevant teams to coordinate delivery schedules, inventory availability, and any changes affecting the delivery process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivery activities, including tracking information, delivery confirmations, and issue resolution details.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the delivery monitoring process. Propose and implement solutions to enhance overall delivery operations.
  • Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact during emergency situations, such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen disruptions, to ensure the safety of delivery personnel and the successful completion of deliveries.
  • HSSE RT Standards: Ensure adherence to Road Transport HSSE standards
  • Delivery Optimization: Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
