The Logistics and Warehouse Specialist has the following responsibilities:

  • Administration of activities in the warehouse
  • Planning and optimizing warehouse space allotment with products properly stocked on designated locations
  • Conduct a regular inventory count and reconciliation of stocks
  • Ensure prompt fulfilment of orders taking into account FIFO (First In/First Out) with shelf life and properly record it in the company's data system
  • Handles coordination, documentation and tracking of all incoming and/or outgoing shipment of products at a safe and timely manner
  • Maintains availability, confidentiality, and integrity of documents
  • Proper document management
  • Support and process procurement requirements
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management

Job Specifications :

  • College graduate
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics, procurement and warehousing
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills and data driven approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skill
  • Willing to work in Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
