About the role

FIN8 DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION' is seeking an experienced Site Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Site Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architectural design and development of our exciting projects located in Baguio City Benguet. This full-time position will allow you to leverage your expertise in architecture to contribute to the strategic goals of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the architectural design and planning of construction projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, local regulations, and industry best practices
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate the integration of various building systems and components
  3. Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and conceptual design development to inform and optimise project plans
  4. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team to ensure the successful execution of the design
  6. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address any design-related queries or concerns
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Architect, preferably in the Design & Architecture industry
  3. Proficient in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
  4. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and zoning regulations
  5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
