Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead structural design, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and oversee construction projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structural design and analysis of construction projects.
  • Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
  • Ensure projects comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve structural-related issues.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (Philippines PRC license required).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
  • Strong background in building and infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
