Sales Accountant

Job description:
Assist the General Manager in the implementation of an effective sales monitoring and collection, and in the implementation of control procedures in the Department.
Assist the General Manager in the preparation of monthly sales reports to the Management and other relevant reports as required.
Prepare monthly records of all sales transactions for consolidation in the financial statements being prepared by the Accounting Department such as:
Receipt entries based on Official Receipts and Journal entries for Invoices issued.
- Prepares journal entries and subsidiary ledger of Invoices and collections for each job numbers as basis for reversals and/or accruals of sales revenue.
- Prepares Schedule of Accounts and breakdown of Accounts Receivables, Accrued Receivables, Retention Receivables, Advances and Deposits Receive both for Vatable and Zero-Rated sales.
Prepares aging of Accounts Receivables.
Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
