He / She will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that drive client acquisition, business growth, and brand visibility for the organization. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that the organization meets its recruitment and placement targets through effective marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and placement targets.
  • Identify and pursue new clients, business partners, and market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements aligned with company policies and profitability goals.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company's services.
  • Manage the company's brand presence through social media, website updates, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards for the team.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Coordination and Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and budget plans.
  • Present regular progress reports to management and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manpower, recruitment, or HR services industry.
  • Strong background in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure.
