Position: Accounting Specialist

Location: Two Ecom, MOA, Pasay City, Philippines

Your role:

As a Accounting Specialist (Non-Supervisory), you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices promptly and appropriately to ensure accuracy and timeliness of bill payment.
  • Monitor, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of AP Aging report for month-end close Process.
  • Maintain vendor accounts, including up to date documentation such as payment information and W-9s.
  • Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Prepare and issue Form 1099 at the end of each calendar year.
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and expense accruals.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax filings.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience performing the tasks listed in above.
  • Experience with Airbase and NetSuite (Preferred)
  • Start date ideally in September or October at the latest
