Loan Processor_English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review loan applications to ensure all required documents and information are complete and accurate.

· Verify borrower information, including employment, income, insurance, and lienholder payoff.

· Communicate with Loan Officer's, borrowers, and Credit Analyst to obtain any missing or additional documentation.

· Analyze loan documentation to assess creditworthiness of a borrower according to establish Lending Guidelines.

· Prepare and submit loan applications to Audit and Funding Team for review and Approval.

· Follow-up with borrowers and other relevant parties to obtain any outstanding documentation or information.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the loan process.

· Provide timely updates and communication to borrowers regarding the status of their loan application.

· Work closely with Loan Officer's, Credit Analyst, and other Team Members to expedite the loan approval process and meet deadlines.

. Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan files and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales and lending or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous Call Center experience is an advantage
  • Willing to work at night and on shifting/weekend schedules
