DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ·Responsible for attaining the monthly sales target set by the Management
  • · Calls prospective clients to promote loan products and convince them to apply for loan
  • · Explains loan products and answers questions of clients
  • · Contacts clients/customers for follow-up on initial interaction/discussion
  • · Prepares report on total calls per day and submits to the Immediate Superior
  • · Maintains accurate client and contact data in the database
  • · Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four year course or college level
  • Has knowledge on sales or marketing
  • Has good communication skills, negotiation skills and prospecting skills
  • Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative and adaptable
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Customer service-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
