Fleet Maintenance Planning Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts and prepares the annual Global OPEX Vehicle budget (PM/RM, Fuel).
  • Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.
  • Oversees overall Vehicle OPEX efficiencies.
  • Facilitates procurement of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the following: Fuel (Enterprise), PM/RM Vehicles, Tires and Batteries, Body Repair, Tankering, GPS, etc.
  • Plans and develops efficiency programs to reduce or minimize impact on operational expenses.
  • Develops efficiency indicators and evaluates efficiency performance for all vehicles.
  • Performs benchmarking of systems and operational efficiency solutions applicable for all vehicles and equipment.
  • Analyzes the performance of vehicles and equipment in terms of efficiency and flags deviation for immediate action of the team.
  • Provides guidance to Division Expense Controllers in running simulations to ensure alignment across division departments and with other groups in the company.
  • Leads in the development, maintenance and implementation of fleet management system policies and procedures.
  • Reviews Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for acquiring resources.
  • Develops and implements standard integration system and procedures for sustainable operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Leads in the establishment of strategies, policies, and guidelines in terms of vehicle acquisition, utilization, and disposal in accordance with regulatory requirements and existing laws.
  • Reviews and allocates outsourced contractual services for fleet department.
  • Manages vendor relationship and validates vendor performance evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in fleet or vehicle management, data analytics, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of motor vehicle Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Repairs.
  • Proficient in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP functions and modules related to fleet or asset management.
  • High analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proven leadership, management, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights effectively.
