About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City Metro Manila. As our Product Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic development and enhancement of our product portfolio, ensuring we deliver best-in-class solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This role blends market research, cross-functional coordination, customer-centric design, and compliance leadership to ensure successful product delivery and market relevance.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps to guide the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our marketing, sales, operations and IT teams to gather customer insights, identify market opportunities, and translate these into product requirements
  • Manage the product development process, including defining product specifications, coordinating with marketing, sales, operations and IT, and overseeing testing and quality assurance
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation
  • Drive the launch and go-to-market strategy for new and enhanced products, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption
  • Analyze product performance data and metrics to inform ongoing product optimization and decision-making
  • Provide strong project management and leadership to your product development team

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years
     of experience in product management or product development, preferably within the marketing and IT industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to market
  • Strong understanding of product development life cycle, project management, and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or IT
  • Working knowledge in IT and software development an advantage
