About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Borough Medical Care Institute Inc. as a full-time Nurse at our healthcare facility in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients and supporting our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

What you'll be doing

  • Assessing patients' conditions, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications and treatments as directed by physicians
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and regulations
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of nursing practices and contributing to the development of the department

What we're looking for

  • Registered Nurse with a valid license and at least 2 years of experience in a high-acuity nursing setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team and engage with patients and their families
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation
