Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with updated PRC license
  • `With BOSH Certification
  • Strong background in first aid, emergency care, and infection control protocols
  • Knowledge of DOLE-mandated Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with guests and with various hotel departments
  • Experience in a hotel clinic or occupational health setting is an advantage
  • Proficient in clinic documentation, incident reporting, and handling confidential employee health records
  • Familiarity with HMO processes and medical utilization tracking
  • Flexible with shifting schedules and able to support hotel operations as needed
